believe it or not, it snowed here in the last 24 hours. There was a slushy wet snow of about 1 and a half inches. The last day of March, you might expect a frost, although this was a full snow.
the driveway snow melted through the mid day, although the lawn and other areas have a cover of snow.
if the schedule said, the grass needed to be cut today……haha??^^!!?^! The lawn mower might be sliding around.

Catching a strain or sprain early can help prevent pain and a serious injury.
It can happen to anyone, and any age, although people who are more active might encounter it more often. A sprain or strain usually happens when moving fast and just getting up from sitting or when out of balance. Keeping balance and feeling the different feel of too much pressure on a certain area or a certain point can prevent a full break or a full strain.
When a strain happens also depends on how the person reacts and the intensity of actions they use after feeling a possible strain. If the person is playing a sport or competing, they might not want to stop. Although, if it happens while out and about, usually a person can stop for a break and rest the ankle, joint, tendon, or angle that had too much pressure or too much weight put on it. Twists and turns can also cause a strain if too much weight is on the point or angle.
With warmer weather approaching, and sports, outdoor hiking, jogging, and activities happening, there is more of a chance these warning pains might signal you to be careful.
So, unless you want to go piggy backin around on your girl friends, oops, I mean your boy friends back, watch your step. Haha hehe.

Helpful tips for when you’re out and about. For example, when shopping, many time people rush through the line to pay and bag it, and later…., where did that receipt go?….and other things may get forgot or lost or misplaced.
Staying organized can help save anxiety later when pressured to have information instantly. This can also be applied to Postal and letter deliveries that many times get forgotten or lost or misplaced, especially when you need them days, weeks, or months later.
How? Some tips are obvious, like pointing out the problem and letting you come up with your own way of organizing these situations. The point is to identify it is important and to maintain continued habits and staying organized in storage and placement of the items, records, and documents. You may see the results of this organization years later.
Some ways could be storing the documents in a specific box, or container that is easy to access, with labels or with ordered order. Also, writing the dates on the actual items can help remember when looking for something many days later. Using envelopes with written info on the outside can help store receipts and keep them in different envelopes for different categories.
Patience is, of course, not welcome when shopping, although very needed. Patience and maintaining good order and good habits of where you put the receipts, money, change, and items can save panic, anxiety, and loss when the dust settles.
Even with these procedures in place, things go missing. If you have good order and good habits and observe the history of the past times something went missing or got “mistakenly thrown out”, “moved, “taken”,….you will know the difference between being lost or being thefted.
Obviously, when something can’t be found, it is a time of uncertainty, possible speculation, and hopeful not accusation, although that can happen. When you are orderly over your part, it minimizes the doubt and uncertainty….., therefore minimizing the anxiety, panic, stress, and false accusations. Hopefully bringing an accurate conclusion and stable way forward, even when it can’t be found.
Martial Arts standard procedure is to stretch before workouts and to stretch and sometimes massage with your training partner after a workout. Par for the course, nowadays, the standard procedures are many times skipped, forgotten, or phased out. That is why I am reminding the readers of stepjournaldocs.com that massage and maintenance of the body is important, if you are blessed to have a partner to help you. Getting out and about is exhausting and many times can cause the body to be sore and possible strained, when walking, jogging, or traveling. For example, I am sore. It has been a strenuous couple of weeks, both physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Here, the traffic has not slowed down, it is still full force combat style driving and exhaust pipes. So, I try to stretch and rest when possible. Yea, , believe it or not, I am the founder of this program and I still don’t have a walking partner. Although, in college, many years ago, in martial arts class, we had partners and we sparred and practiced as a group and class. Our instructor censea taught that after strenuous training it was good to have a massage program or partner available, although it was not a required part of the class.
Drinking enough water is also important for the training and daily activities, and when the body is strained and stressed.
For all those who say, I am sitting in my cubical office at work and feel like I just worked out. There are services of shoulder massages for corporate and office employees. Ask and see if your employer would consider such a benefit for your company. Tax season is here, and there are tax deductible options for businesses, such as employee sign on incentives and loyalty programs, that health benefit might fit into one of those categories.
of course, there is ok, better, and best, for levels of quality and desired procedures. Although, people don’t always have the option or availability of the option that want, need, deserve, or know is best.
