Martial Arts standard procedure is to stretch before workouts and to stretch and sometimes massage with your training partner after a workout. Par for the course, nowadays, the standard procedures are many times skipped, forgotten, or phased out. That is why I am reminding the readers of stepjournaldocs.com that massage and maintenance of the body is important, if you are blessed to have a partner to help you. Getting out and about is exhausting and many times can cause the body to be sore and possible strained, when walking, jogging, or traveling. For example, I am sore.
