Educational Continued. There are opportunities out there for continuing education and adding a license, certificate, or degree that can help in work, job searching, career continuance, and refining skills.
Last year, in 2022, I completed the Certificate of Holistic and Integrative Health.
This year is moving right along, already time for spring cleaning.

I, the Stepjournaldocs.com, Admin. and owner, was sent a threatening email from a criminal extortionist.
There have been many emails that I have received or that have been sent to me over the years. Some of these emails have tested my standards.
My living situation for the past many years has been single, and practically a POW, house arrest prisoner, – Although I have not been accused, convicted, sentenced, etc…for any crime(s) !
So, Communications are important to me, and have been extremely limited, and many times blocked or obstructed.
Emails had been sent to me from dating websites and websites with nudity and sexual in nature. I don’t usually look at those, although I did and sometimes do.
Believe it or not, these types of communications are commonly used for people who are separated by far distances or deployed over seas.
Therefore, I used my time as an opportunity to care, and be cared for, and to understand the situation of other people.
Tech minded people might say I was enjoying looking at micro-soft pan-tease.
Ex. A photo of a Tex-mex omlet in a word processor.
This is supposed to be private and confidential.
The Threatening email claimed that they, or “he”, “she”,; had been watching me for a while; and that they were or will expose my Nasty little secret to the public, and that by doing so, they will devastate, and negatively impact my business and personal reputation.
Then, they proposed negotiations, and stated if I pay them 2.5 Bitcoin and have it deposited to a certain account, they will delete everything and “promise” not to tell, expose, or destroy my reputation and business.
This email was sent after Christmas in 2022, just a few days ago.
Notice, also it was sent to my professional domain email that is currently being hosted by a private email server, I recently cancelled the Google Workspace email hosting account that had been hosting my domain email, mainly due to not having the funds at the time to renew.
Also, Tech Notice: There is “Competition” within the Email hosting industry and between Google Chrome and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
In reference to the criminal extortionist who sent the threatening email, It is very likely they are the same person or people who were sending the other emails seeking sex and communications. That is called Entrapment. P.A.L.

Warm weather
This wonderful warm weather in November 2022, is nice, but don’t skip the coat and gloves.
It is still getting colder at night time.
Spring and fall have similar weather, but not the same. The Sun is moving south in winter, it is moving north in spring.
During the transition the temperature difference is larger, warm in the day, cold at night…….therefore, “What should I wear..? ….”

I m still alive
Another intentional price hike, forced me to walk approx. 10 miles with a load of groceries, unexpectedly.
The ecpected rates for a hired driver have been 2 to 3 times more than the already fair prices, and randomly increased without notice.
When planning a trip or travel the prices and costs for transportation are estimated. Therefore when the transportation service doubles or triples the prices or costs, it causes an inability to pay, and other caused actions and following situations.
Ethics and fair business has been challenged and aggressively ignored.
Stay safe and try to make good decissions.
